For over 20 years, Peter, his students, and colleagues
produced a mountain of published studies on infant speech perception
and language development. However, several important investigations
did not make it to publication before Peter's passing. Out of respect
for Peter's dedication to communicating infant speech perception
and language research to the scientific community,his students and
colleagues have submitted brief reports of some of the important
but unpublished work from the Jusczyk Lab.
Postscript. On August 10, 2003,
Peter was awarded the G. Stanley Hall Award for Distinguished Contribution
to Developmental Psychology. Here is a link
